Shipping Costs

Most of our products include shipping built into the price. For items where free shipping is unavailable, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the flat rate for your region.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your product has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s journey and know when to expect its arrival.

Fulfillment and Delivery Time

As all our products are custom-made, please allow 3–5 business days for order fulfilment. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times will vary based on your location and the nearest fulfilment centre. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to the location of the fulfilment warehouse or unexpected delays.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or VAT in accordance with your country’s laws. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or any shipping costs (U.S may have tax added due to the printers fulfilment policy)
